I am proficient with a broad range of CRM systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Silverpop IBM. Additionally, I have extensive experience with a wide range of email marketing platforms such as Dot Digital, Click Dimensions, and intermediate-level platforms such as Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor.

 

Social Media Management

I have substantial experience managing various social media platforms and am adept at using scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Loomly, and Buffer.

Content and SEO

I am skilled in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and AHrefs for detailed SEO analysis and auditing. My expertise is particularly strong with SEMrush, which I use for content optimisation, SEO auditing, and strategic opportunity identification.

Paid Media Management

I have several years of experience in developing and managing paid search and display campaigns, primarily through Google Ads. In the realm of paid social, I am highly experienced with Meta Ad Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and formerly Twitter Ads. Although I have also managed campaigns via Microsoft Ads, my focus has predominantly been on Google Ads.

CMS and Website Management

I have in-depth knowledge of managing content across platforms such as WordPress and Umbraco, and I possess previous experience with CMS Made Simple and HubSpot as content management systems.

Reporting and Analysis

For digital marketing reporting, I primarily utilise Looker Studio for external client reporting. My toolkit for conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and data analysis includes Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Zapier, and Supermetrics.
